摘要
分析了瓷支柱绝缘子振动声学检测方法的原理,并针对在利用振动声学检测支柱绝缘子缺陷时,检测位置的影响进行讨论。利用ANSYS Workbench对瓷支柱绝缘子模型进行瞬态分析,验证了检测位置的不同会影响检测结果的准确性。通过搭建110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子实验台,对无缺陷绝缘子和存在上、下法兰故障绝缘子进行振动声学检测。实验结果表明:利用振动声学检测法对瓷支柱绝缘子进行故障诊断时,检测位置不同,检测结果也不同,甚至导致检测结果的性质发生改变。
This paper analyzes the principle of the vibration acoustic detection method for pillar porcelain insulators,and discusses the influence of the detection position when the vibration acoustic detection is used for the defects of pillar porcelain post insulators.The transient analysis of the pillar porcelain post insulators model was carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and it was verified that different detection positions would affect the accuracy of detection results.By building 110 kV pillar porcelain post insulators test-bed,vibration acoustic detection was carried out for insulators without defects and insulators with faults of upper and lower flanges.The experimental results show that when vibration acoustic detection is used for fault diagnosis of pillar porcelain post insulators,the detection results will be different with different detection positions,and even the properties of the detection results will be changed.
