YBD型催化剂对丙烷脱氢的适用性研究

摘要 近年来丙烯需求及其价格持续走高,由丙烷脱氢制丙烯是其主要来源之一。本研究首先探讨YBD(Yantai university Butane Dehydrogenation)型催化剂颗粒内外扩散对其反应性能的影响,在催化剂颗粒尺寸40~80目、丙烷原料气流量40~100 mL/min范围内,催化剂反应性能基本不受内外扩散的影响;然后采用固定床反应装置评价了该催化剂对丙烷脱氢反应的适用性。结果表明:在压力0.1 MPa、温度595℃、空速600 h-1下,YBD型催化剂的丙烷脱氢反应性能最佳,丙烷转化率达45.88%,丙烯选择性80.65%;该催化剂能够维持较长时间的催化活性稳定性,明显优于工业催化剂。 In recent years,the demand and price of propylene continue rising recently.Propane dehydrogenation(PDH)is one of key technologiesto produce propylene.In this study,the influence of internal and external diffusions of catalyst YBD(Yantai university Butane Dehydrogenation)on its reaction performance was firstly discussed.In the range of particle size of 40~80 mesh and propane flow rate of 40~100 mL/min,the reaction performance of catalyst YBD was rarely affected by internal and external diffusions.Herein,the applicability of the catalyst to propane dehydrogenation was also evaluated by a lab-scale fixed bed reactor.The results indicated that the catalyst YBD presented the optimum performance on PDH under the pressure of 0.1 MPa,temperature of 595 and space velocity of 600 h-1.The conversion of propane was 45.88%and the selectivity of propylene was 80.65%.Additionally,the catalyst can maintain a long-time stability of catalytic activity,which is obviously better than commercial catalysts.
