摘要
目的探讨社会支持对脑梗死偏瘫患者自杀意念的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于泌阳县人民医院接受诊疗的86例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用Beck自杀意念量表评估患者自杀意念情况,依据评估结果将患者分为有自杀意念组与无自杀意念组,并采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评估患者社会支持情况,分析社会支持对脑梗死偏瘫患者自杀意念的影响。结果86例脑梗死偏瘫患者中有自杀意念12例(13.95%),无自杀意念74例(86.05%);有自杀意念组收入、社会支持评分与无自杀意念组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经二元logistic回归模型结果显示,年收入≤3万元、社会支持评分低是脑梗死偏瘫患者产生自杀意念的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论社会支持对脑梗死偏瘫患者自杀意念产生一定影响,社会支持情况越差的脑梗死偏瘫患者越容易产生自杀意念。
Objective To explore the effect of social support on suicidal ideation in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction who received diagnosis and treatment in the People’s Hospital of Biyang County from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Beck suicidal ideation scale was used to evaluate the suicidal ideation of patients.According to the evaluation results,the patients were divided into a suicidal ideation group and a non suicidal ideation group.Social support rating scale(SSRS)was used to evaluate the social support of patients.The influence of social support on suicidal ideation of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results Among the 86 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,12(13.95%)had suicidal ideation and 74(86.05%)did not have suicidal ideation;compared income and social support scores between the suicidal ideation group and the non suicidal ideation group(P<0.05).By binary Logistic regression model,the results showed that annual income≤30000 and low social support score were the influencing factors of suicidal ideation in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Social support has certain influence on suicidal ideation of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,the worse the social support,the more likely the patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction are to have suicidal ideation.
