翼状胬肉切除术后应用角膜绷带镜与埋线法的疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较翼状胬肉切除术后应用角膜绷带镜与埋线法的治疗效果。方法选择河南省直第三人民医院2018年4月至2021年2月收治的92例行翼状胬肉切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者术后眼表修复方案分为绷带镜组和埋线组,绷带镜组48例,埋线组44例。比较两组患者术后眼表修复的临床疗效,参照van Bijsterveld评分标准对两组患者术后1个月角膜染色(CFS)结果进行评估,比较两组患者术后1个月泪膜破裂时间。结果绷带镜组治疗有效率(97.92%)高于埋线组(86.36%)(P<0.05);两组患者术前CFS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,两组患者CFS评分较术前均降低(P<0.05),绷带镜组低于埋线组(P<0.05);术前,两组患者泪膜破裂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,两组患者泪膜破裂时间较术前均升高(P<0.05),绷带镜组高于埋线组(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉患者术后接受绷带镜缝线法相比于埋线法,透氧性及亲水性提高,从而改善了患者术后眼表修复效果及角膜上皮荧光染色情况,提高了泪膜的稳定性。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of corneal bandage mirror and thread embedding method after pterygium resection.Methods Clinical data of 92 patients with pterygium excision admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from April 2018 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into bandage mirror group and embedding group according to the postoperative ocular surface repair plan,48 cases in bandage mirror group,44 cases in embedding group.The clinical effects of postoperative ocular surface repair were compared between the two groups of patients.The results of corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)were evaluated according to the van Bijsterveld scoring standard at 1 month after the operation of the two groups.The breakup time of tear film of the two groups at 1 month after the operation were compared.Results The effective rate(97.92%)of the bandage mirror group was higher than that of the embedding group(86.36%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the preoperative CFS score between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after the operation,the CFS scores of the patients in the two groups were lower than those before the operation(P<0.05),and the bandage mirror group was lower than the embedding group(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no difference in breakup time of tear film between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after the operation,the breakup time of tear film of the two groups of patients was higher than that before the operation(P<0.05),and the bandage mirror group was higher than that of the embedding group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the embedding method,the postoperative bandage mirror suture method for pterygium patients can improve the oxygen permeability and hydrophilicity,which improve the postoperative ocular surface repair effect and the corneal epithelial fluorescence staining,and improve the stability of the tear film.
