摘要
基于国家林草局的种苗统计数据和企业实地调研资料,分析蓬莱经济林种苗产业发展现状和企业生产经营特点,厘清影响产业规范化发展的关键问题,据此提出对策建议。结果表明:蓬莱经济林种苗企业注重培育新品种,并拥有多个具有知识产权的经济林良种,注重规范化经营生产,采用组培等高科技育苗技术,运用现代化营销手段,取得了巨大发展成就。建议成立产业协会抱团发展;配合政府“双打”等行动,积极维护自主知识产权;引导企业建立种质资源库,为新品种开发提供支持。助推经济林苗木产业发展,凸显蓬莱林木种苗行业特色。
This paper analyzed the development status of seed and seedling industry of Penglai Economic Forest and the characteristics of enterprise production and management, clarified the key problems affecting the development of industrial standardization, and it put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. The results showed that Penglai Economic Forest Seed and seedling enterprises paid attention to cultivating new varieties, and had a number of economic forest varieties with intellectual property rights,paid attention to standardized management and production, adopt high-tech seedling technology such as tissue culture, and useed modern marketing means, and had made great achievements. It suggested that industry associations should be set up to develop in groups;the government should actively safeguard independent intellectual property rights in cooperation with "double play" and other actions;and enterprises should be guided to establish germplasm resources bank to provide support for the development of new varieties.
