摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析《中国糖尿病医方精选》治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的组方用药规律。方法构建中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的组方数据库,用聚类分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法,对数据库进行频次统计、药对、组方规律及新方分析等研究。结果共筛选出治疗糖尿病周围神经病变方剂186首,涉及201味中药。用药频次最高的两味中药为黄芪、当归。演化得到的核心组合共20个,新处方9个。治疗药物多性温,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,主要归肝、脾、心、肾经。结论在已有方剂的基础上系统地分析中医临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律,可为中医药治疗提供新的参考。
Objective To analyze medication rules of China Diabetes Prescription in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system(V2.5).Methods The database of Chinese medicine for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy was constructed.By using data mining methods,such as cluster analysis and association rule analysis,the frequency statistics,drug pairs,formula rules and new formula analysis of the database were studied.Results A total of 186 prescriptions for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy were screened,involving 201 traditional Chinese medicines.Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix were the two most frequently used herbs.There were 20 core combinations and nine new prescriptions.The therapeutic drugs were warm in nature,with sweet,bitter and pungent taste,mainly belonging to liver,spleen,heart and kidney channels.Conclusion Based on the existing prescriptions,a systematic analysis of the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can provide a new reference for the treatment of Chinese medicine.
