Application of comprehensive index method to evaluate occupations in a pharmaceutical factory health risk

摘要 目的应用国家标准中综合指数法对某制药厂中危害因素职业健康风险进行评估,为防治措施的制定提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查法调查某制药厂生产流程中存在的危害因素种类、接触情况和危害防控措施;采用检测检验法检测岗位8 h平均接触浓度;参考公式R=√HR×ER计算风险等级。结果502车间中甲醛风险等级为3级,甲苯、甲醇风险等级为2级,二氯甲烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、硫酸及三氧化硫、其他粉尘、乙二醇、正己烷、乙酸、氯化氢风险等级为1级;503车间中乙酸乙酯、丙酮的风险等级为3级,二氯甲烷、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈、甲苯、苯、四氢呋喃的风险等级为2级,其他粉尘、环氧氯丙烷、氯化氢及盐酸、正庚烷、甲醇、硫酸及三氧化硫、氨、乙酸、过氧化氢、丁酮的风险等级为1级;504车间中二氯甲烷、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈、甲醛、甲苯等风险等级为2级,乙酸乙酯、甲醇、丙酮的风险等级为1级。结论综合指数法适用于制药厂中危害因素风险评估。应加强针对乙酸乙酯、丙酮的危害防控措施。 Objective To evaluate the occupational health risks of hazardous factors in a pharmaceutical factory by applying the comprehensive index method in the national standard,and provide a basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures.Methods Use the occupational hygiene investigation method to investigate the types of hazards,contact conditions and hazard prevention and control measures in the production process of a pharmaceutical factory;use the detection and inspection method to detect the 8-hour average exposure concentration of the post;calculate the risk level by referring to the formula.Results The risk level of formaldehyde in the 502 workshop was level 3,the risk level of toluene and methanol was level 2,and the risk level of methylene chloride,acetone,ethyl acetate,sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide,other dust,ethylene glycol,n-hexane,acetic acid,and hydrogen chloride was level 1;the risk level of ethyl acetate and acetone in the 503 workshop was level 3.The risk level of methylene chloride,N,N-dimethylformamide,acetonitrile,toluene,benzene,and tetrahydrofuran was level 2,The risk level of other dust,epichlorohydrin,hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid,n-heptane,methanol,sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide,ammonia,acetic acid,hydrogen peroxide,and methyl ethyl ketone was level 1;in the 504 workshop,the risk level of dichloromethane,N,N-dimethylformamide,acetonitrile,formaldehyde,toluene,etc.was level 2,and the risk level of ethyl acetate,methanol,and acetone was level 1.Conclusion The comprehensive index method is suitable for risk assessment of hazardous factors in pharmaceutical factories;prevention and control measures for the hazards of ethyl acetate and acetone should be strengthened.
