摘要
对1949-2019年我国颁布的263部生育政策文本共词可视化分析为我国生育政策演化不同阶段划分提供了证据。我国生育政策演化速度具有渐进性,生育政策演化依据受制于当时的政策环境,生育政策演化轨迹向鼓励生育回归,生育政策演化内容日益复杂。实施适当鼓励生育的生育政策,实施前瞻性的生育政策以及实施与其他公共政策相协调的生育政策是未来我国生育政策演化的趋势。
After co-word analysis of 263 documents on fertility policies issued by China from 1949 to 2019,this research provides visual evidence for dividing different periods of fertility policy evolution.Fertility policies have evolved in a gradual manner;the evolution of fertility policies is subject to the policy environment at that time;the evolutionary track of fertility policies returns to a stage that encourages procreation;and the content for evolution of the fertility policies is becoming increasingly complex.The future trends of China's fertility policies will go along the following directions:to implement fertility policies that encourage procreation appropriately,to enact proactive fertility policies,and to enforce fertility policies that are coordinated with other public policies.
