枣叶和酸枣叶的总酚、总黄酮以及抗氧化能力含量测定 被引量:3

Determination of total phenols,total flavonoids and antioxidant capacity in 16 jujube leaves and sour jujube leaves

摘要 研究测定了8份枣树栽培种和8份野生酸枣种质资源叶片的总酚、总黄酮和抗氧化能力含量。结果表明,16份枣叶的总酚含量在14.97~8.13mg/g之间,总黄酮含量在5.12~2.95mg/g之间,总抗氧化能力在558.48~235.77U/g之间;不同的枣树栽培品种叶片和酸枣种质资源叶片之间总酚、总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力含量均存在显著性差异,枣叶和酸枣叶之间t测验结果表明,总酚含量存在显著性差异,且抗氧化能力含量存在极显著差异。 In this study,the total phenols,total flavonoids and antioxidant capacity of eight jujube leaves and eight sour jujube leaves were determined.The results showed that the total phenol content of 16 jujube leaves was between 14.97~8.13 mg/g,the total flavonoid content was between 5.12~2.95 mg/g,and the total antioxidant capacity was between 558.48~235.77 U/g.There are significant differences in total phenols,total flavonoids and antioxidant capacity between leaves of tree cultivars and sour jujube germplasm resources.The test between jujube leaves and sour jujube leaves showed significant differences in total phenol content and antioxidant capacity.There wais a very significant difference in capacity content.
