累及眼眶的鼻窦髓系肉瘤一例 被引量：1

Myeloid sarcoma of the paranasal sinuses involving the orbit:a case report

摘要 髓系肉瘤是一种少见的由原始粒细胞或未成熟髓系细胞在髓外组织浸润形成的实体恶性肿瘤,发生于鼻腔鼻窦的髓系肉瘤少见。本文报道1例北京大学第一医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的发生于筛窦并累及眼眶的髓系肉瘤的病例,并结合文献复习,介绍鼻腔鼻窦髓系肉瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。
