高效降解1,2-丙二醇菌株的筛选及其性能研究

摘要 从某化工厂废水处理站的活性污泥中筛选出6株耐受1,2-丙二醇的菌株,之后经进一步筛选与驯化,从中得到除醇能力较好的菌株GLY-4,经鉴定该菌株为硝基还原假单胞菌(Pseudomonas nitroreducens)。经优化,模拟废水初始COD质量浓度为12801 mg/L(1,2-丙二醇的体积分数为0.5%),在30℃、pH值为7.0的条件下,经过该菌株处理6 d后,1,2-丙二醇无检出,COD的质量浓度降低至81 mg/L,降解率达到99.37%。 Six 1,2-propylene glycol tolerant strains were screened from the activated sludge of a chemical plant wastewater treatment station.After further screening and acclimation,GLY-4 strain with better alcohol-removing ability was obtained,and the strain was identified as Pseudomonas nitroreducens.After optimization,the initial mass concentration of COD in the simulated wastewater was 12801 mg/L(mass fraction of 1,2-propylene glycol was 0.5%),under the condition that the temperature was 30℃,the pH value was 7.0,after 6 days of treatment by the said strain,no 1,2-propylene glycol was detected,the mass concentration of COD decreased to 81 mg/L,the degradation rate reached 99.37%.
