面向航空结构件制造的智能工艺云构建关键技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对航空结构件制造过程中高强度、高要求的工艺工作与工艺资源严重不足之间的矛盾,提出了1种基于工业互联网云平台的智能工艺应用新模式,将企业的先进工艺工具、方法和经验知识通过云平台实现共享。以数控程编系统为集成平台,将后置处理、仿真及工艺知识库等进行了有序集成,形成数字化工艺集成解决方案,实现了工艺设计端的闭环优化控制;构建了面向航空结构件制造的智能工艺云平台,将企业内部先进工艺核心能力开放共享给社会,使得工艺工具、方法和知识在航空产业链上下游企业间推广应用,带动形成了良好的工艺产业生态。通过应用案例介绍,展示了该平台在企业产业链工艺能力赋能方面的积极作用,为行业工艺设计水平提升奠定基础。 Aiming at the contradiction between the high-intensity and high-demand process work and the serious shortage of process resources in the manufacturing process of aviation structural parts,a new intelligent process application mode based on industrial Internet cloud platform was proposed.The advanced process tools,methods and experience knowledge of enterprises were shared through the cloud platform.Taking the NC programming system as the integration platform,the post-processing,simulation and process knowledge base were integrated orderly to form a digital process integration solution,which realized the closed-loop optimization control of the process design;an intelligent process cloud platform for the manufacturing of aviation structural parts was constructed,which could open and share the core competence of advanced processes within the enterprise to the society,so as to promote the application of process tools,methods and knowledge between the upstream and downstream enterprises of the aviation industry chain,and promote the formation of a good process industry ecology.Through the introduction of application cases,it showed the positive role of the platform in the process capability empowerment of enterprise industry chain,and laid the foundation for the improvement of industrial process design level.
