摘要
根据湖北省期刊协会《关于开展“湖北期刊高质量发展”征文活动的通知》精神,探讨学术期刊高质量发展的路径。以高职院校学报为例,从加强特色栏目建设、提高编辑自身能力和素养和重视创新传播手段等方面进行分析,期刊的内容决定期刊的质量,栏目建设是内容的体现,期刊编辑则是稿源开发和内容生产的质量保障。要促进期刊高质量发展,须有高素质的编辑队伍,人是期刊发展的关键因素;编辑人才的培养和才能的调动和发挥,须有相关的政策和机制保障。毋容置疑,稿源是期刊内容质量的保证,编辑是期刊质量提升的决定因素。
It is sure that in accordance with the spirit of the Hubei Provincial Journal Association Notice on Carrying out"High-quality Development of Hubei Journals Essays",thepaper tries to expound the path of high-quality development of academic journals.Taking journal of higher vocational colleges as an example,the paper also analyzes and makes a research fromstrengthening the construction of characteristic columns,improving the editor's own ability and quality and attaching importance to innovative communication methods.There is no doubt that the content of the journal determines the quality of the journal.Similarly,the construction of the column is the embodiment of the content.Also,the editing is the quality assurance for manuscript source development and content production.To promote the high-quality development of journals,it is essential to have a high-quality editorial team because human resources are a key factor in the development of journals.Meanwhile,cultivation of editor talents and the mobilization and exertion of their talents need to have relevant policies and mechanisms.Generally,the source of the manuscript is the quality guarantee of the journal's content.However,the editor is the decisive factor in improving the journal's quality.
