摘要
针对微波光传输系统相位噪声劣化问题,分析外调制微波光传输系统的相位噪声特性,提炼出系统相位噪声的数学模型,从光电器件选型、调制器偏压设置、光缆敷设环境以及抖动消除电路等4个维度出发,总结出一套优化微波光传输系统相位噪声的方法。仿真实验表明,系统增加抖动消除电路后,信号的相位噪声性能提高了42.7倍。
Aiming at the problem of phase noise degradation in microwave optical transmission system,this paper analyzes the phase noise characteristics of externally modulated microwave optical transmission system,and extracts the mathematical model.This paper summarizes a set of methods to optimize the phase noise of microwave optical transmission system from four aspects which are the selection of optoelectronic devices,the adjustment of modulator bias,the transmission environment and jitter elimination circuit.The simulation results show that the phase noise performance of the signal is improved by 42.7 times after adding the jitter elimination circuit.
