摘要
采用SiC对环氧树脂改性,通过红外光谱、力学和冲蚀磨损性能测试以及电镜分析研究了SiC微粉对环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,SiC微粉的表面改性有利于增强其与环氧树脂基体之间的界面结合力,当SiC微粉的掺加质量分数为5%时,其拉伸强度和冲击韧性分别达到55.43 MPa和1.02 J/cm^(2),相比空白样提高了24%和17%。SiC微粉改性环氧树脂试样的体积冲蚀率随冲蚀速度的增大而增加,速度一定时,试样的体积冲蚀率在冲蚀角为60°时达到最大,表现出半塑性材料冲蚀特性。在不同冲蚀角度和冲蚀速度下,当SiC微粉掺加质量分数为5%时,改性环氧树脂的体积冲蚀率均最低,冲蚀抗力良好。
Using SiC to modify the epoxy resin,the effect of SiC powder on the performance of epoxy resin was studied through infrared spectroscopy,mechanical and erosion performance testing and electron microscopy analysis. The results showed that the surface modification of SiC micropowder was beneficial to enhance the interface adhesion between it and the epoxy resin matrix. When the mass fraction of SiC micropowder was 5%,the tensile strength and impact toughness reached 55.43 MPa and 1.02 J/cm^(2),respectively,which were 24% and 17% higher than those of the blank sample. The volume erosion rate of the SiC micropowder modified epoxy resin sample was increased with the increase of erosion rate. At a certain speed, the volume erosion rate of the sample reached the maximum when the erosion angle was 60°,showing the erosion characteristics of semi-plastic materials. Under different erosion angles and erosion rates,when the mass fraction of SiC powder was 5%,the volume erosion rate of the modified epoxy resin was the lowest,and the erosion resistance was good.
