摘要
综述了适用于复合材料液体成型(LCM)工艺的环氧树脂低粘度增韧技术的研究进展,包括采用核-壳橡胶粒子、超支化聚合物(HBP)核-壳粒子、纳米氧化物粒子、碳基刚性粒子、嵌段共聚物和热致液晶以及原位聚合和本体改性增韧环氧树脂。
The research progress of epoxy resin low-viscosity toughening technology suitable for liquid composite molding(LCM)process was reviewed,including the use of core-shell rubber particles,hyperbranched polymer(HBP)core-shell particles,nano-oxide particles,carbon-based rigid particles,block copolymers and thermotropic liquid crystals,as well as in-situ polymerization and bulk modification to toughen epoxy resins.
