MoO_(3)/ZnO光催化剂制备及其降解丁基钾黄药性能 被引量:2

摘要 以钼酸铵、硫脲、硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为前驱体,采用水热法制备MoO_(3)/ZnO复合光催化剂。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱等分析方法对所制备光催化剂的形貌和组成进行测试。在175 W汞灯条件下,研究所制备的光催化剂对尾矿废水中有机物丁基钾黄药的降解活性。结果表明,MoO_(3)/ZnO为片层结构,MoO_(3)的加入可有效提高ZnO对丁基钾黄药的光降解性能,其加入质量分数为2%时催化效果最好,光照90 min对丁基钾黄药的降解率达96.35%。 MoO_(3)/ZnO composite photocatalyst was prepared by a hydrothermal method by using ammonium molybdate,thiourea,zinc nitrate and sodium hydroxide as precursors.The morphology and composition of the prepared photocatalyst were tested by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscope,fourier infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and other analytical methods.Under the condition of 175 W mercury lamp light source,the as-prepared photocatalyst to degrade the organic compound in the tailing wastewater was researched.The experimental results show that MoO_(3)/ZnO has a lamellar structure,and the addition of MoO_(3) can effectively improve the photodegradation activity of ZnO on butyl potassium xanthate.The catalytic effect is best when the addition amount is 2%.The degradation rate of butyl potassium xanthate reaches 96.35%after illumination for 90 min.
