摘要
本文制备了水杨醛亚胺(SED)及其铜配位物(SED-Cu),并以其作为生漆催干剂,同时利用FT-IR和SEM等研究了生漆在不同条件下的固化行为和漆膜表面形貌。研究结果表明:改性漆液在140℃热固时,其干燥时间随着SED或SED-Cu添加量的增加而缩短;改性漆膜表面更为致密,表面疏水性能增加。
Salicylaldehyde imine(SED)and its copper complex(SED-Cu)were prepared and used as drying agent of raw lacquer.The curing behavior and surface morphology of raw lacquer under different conditions were studied by FT-IR and SEM.The results show that the drying time of the modified paint decreases with the increase of SED or sed Cu content when it is thermosetting at 140℃;The surface of the modified film is denser and the surface hydrophobicity is increased.
