摘要
为了更好地对重型汽车转向制动效果进行控制,利用TruckSim重型汽车动力学仿真软件,对某款重型汽车转向制动时采用两种不同制动方式进行了仿真研究。通过对仿真结果的分析可以得出,重型汽车转向制动时有滑移率控制的制动方式,其车辆的横向滑移量、车身质心的横向加速度、车身的侧倾角、车轴的侧倾角变化幅度远小于常规制动方式的。有滑移率控制的制动方式能明显提升重型汽车转向制动行驶的稳定性。
In order to improve the steering braking stability of heavy-duty vehicle,a simulation study on the steering and braking of a specific heavy-duty vehicle under two different braking modes is carried out using the TruckSim software.The analysis of the simulation results shows that a mode of slip rate control exists during steering braking of heavy-duty vehicle.As for the slip rate control mode,the lateral acceleration of the mass center,the rolling angle of the vehicle as well as the rolling angle of the axle are far less than the ones of the conventional braking mode.The braking mode with slip rate control can significantly improve the steering braking stability of heavy-duty vehicle.
