摘要
为提高预备警官的数据能力,通过对大数据技术的分析,明确数据能力的具体内容包括收集、处理、可视化、建模分析和交流。针对当前预备警官数据能力培养存在的问题包括数据思维不强、数据技能学习欠缺、师资和应用场景不足,公安院校要强化预备警官数据意识,优化师资队伍,全面开展校校、校局、校企协同合作,实现大数据背景下公安人才的数据能力提升。
In order to improve the data capability of preparatory police officers,through the analysis of big data technology to confirm the contents of data capability include collection,processing,visualization,modeling analysis and communication.Focus on the current problems on the data capability training of preparatory police officers,the lack of data thinking,data skills learning,teachers and application scenarios.Public security colleges should strengthen the data awareness of the preparatory police officers,optimize the teachers’team,cooperate with other schools,bureaus of public security,companies and so on,to improve the data capability of police talents with the background of big data.
