渤海锦州9-3油田聚合物均衡驱替机理分析与方案优化

摘要 为尽可能达到渤海锦州9-3油田聚合物驱的均衡驱替,首先基于油藏工程及渗流力学理论,通过建立数学模型,推导了平面上聚合物驱均衡驱替公式,提出并通过实验验证了修正的泰尔指数作为其评价指标,针对不同井网模式、水聚干扰下注入量展开大型平板物模实验,筛选出平面上均衡驱替的最优油藏工程方法;其次,为实现纵向上不同渗透率级差条件下的均衡驱替,采用凝胶/聚合物/微球的交替段塞体系及梯次降黏体系进行深部调剖,基于此开展不同级差条件下双层岩心并联实验,筛选出最优聚合物注入体系。研究成果对于提高海上油田聚合物驱效果、大幅度降低聚合物驱成本有重要意义。 In order to achieve the equilibrium displacement of polymer flooding in Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield,Bohai sea as far as possible,firstly,based on reservoir engineering and percolation mechanics theory,the equilibrium displacement formula of polymer flooding in plane was deduced by establishing mathematical model.The modified Theil index was proposed and verified by experiments as its evaluation index,and large scale flat panel model experiments were carried out for different well patterns and injection rates under water accumulation interference.Secondly,in order to realize the balanced displacement under the condition of different permeability differential in the vertical direction,the alternating slug system of gel/polymer/microsphere and gradient viscosity-reducing system were used to carry out deep profile control.Based on this,the parallel experiments of two-layer cores under different gradient conditions were carried out to select the best polymer injection system.The research is of great significance to improve the polymer flooding effect and to reduce the cost of polymer flooding in offshore oilfield.
