摘要
为筛选出利于烤烟幼苗生长发育的最适植物生长调节剂浓度,育出优质壮苗,为大田生长阶段打下良好基础,本试验以NC102品种为材料,在温室中用Hoagland营养液进行培养,并于幼苗五叶一心时进行6种不同浓度的28-高芸苔素内酯处理,研究不同处理下烤烟幼苗生长、生理和光合指标的变化,并进行综合分析与评价。结果表明:28-高芸苔素内酯浓度0.05mg/L处理(C2)显著提高烤烟的壮苗指数,比对照(0 mg/L)提高58.21%;幼苗单株根总长增23.42%,根表面积增56.06%,单株根体积增29.24%,根平均直径提高30.60%,根尖数增29.74%;同时显著增加幼苗的净光合速率,增加达57.05%。综之,C2处理能有效促进烤烟壮苗的形成。但浓度过高(0.4mg/L)则会对烤烟幼苗的生长产生抑制作用。
In order to select optimal plant growth regulators for growth and decvelopment of flue-cured seedlings to cultivate high-quality and strong seedlings and lay good foundations for the subsequent field growth stage,the variety NC102 was used as experimental material,and six different concentrations of 28-homobrassinolide were set and used at five-leaf-one-bud stage during culture with Hoagland in greenhouse.The changes of growth,physiological and photosynthetic characters of flue-cured tobacco seedlings were studied and evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that 0.05 mg/L 28-homobrassinolide treatment(C2)significantly increased the seedling index by 58.21%compared with control.The total root length per plant,root surface area,root volume per plant,average root diameter and root tip number of flue-cured tobacco seedlings increased by 23.42%,56.06%,29.24%,30.60%and 29.74%,respectively.Meanwhile,the net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco seedlings increased significantly by 57.05%.In conclusion,C2 treatment could effectively promote the formation of strong seedlings,but too high concentration of 28-homobrassinolide(0.4 mg/L)could inhibit the growth of tobacco seedlings.
