再生沥青PAV老化后性能评价分析

摘要 采用压力老化试验(PAV)对三种再生沥青进行长期老化,通过沥青组分分析、三大指标、DSR试验和BBR试验,分析老化作用对再生沥青性能指标的影响。结果表明,再生沥青经老化后,再生沥青B的饱和分含量增加,胶质含量降低,与其他沥青老化后组分变化不同;再生沥青A的软化点增长幅度最大,针入度和延度降低幅度最小;再生沥青C的抗车辙因子小于其他两种再生沥青;当温度低于70℃时,抗车辙因子对温度变化敏感;回收沥青的蠕变劲度高于其他沥青,再生沥青的低温抗裂性能与基质沥青相近。 the pressure aging test(PAV)was used to carry out the long-term aging of three kinds of recycled asphalt.Through asphalt component analysis,three indexes,DSR test and BBR test,the effect of aging on the performance indexes of recycled asphalt was analyzed.The results show that the saturated content of recycled asphalt B increases and the gum content decreases after aging,which is different from that of other asphalt;the softening point of recycled asphalt a increases the most,while the penetration and ductility decrease the least;the anti rutting factor of recycled asphalt C is less than that of the other two kinds of recycled asphalt;when the temperature is lower than 70℃,the anti rutting factor is affected The creep stiffness of recycled asphalt is higher than that of other asphalt,and the low temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt is similar to that of base asphalt.
