摘要
目的网状Meta分析艾迪注射剂联合化疗治疗胃癌的疗效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science、中国学术期刊网络出版总库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国科学引文数据库和万方数据资源等数据库,同时检索会议论文和学位论文数据库,补充其他检索获取所有艾迪注射剂联合化疗治疗胃癌的随机对照试验,由2位评价者按纳入、排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价其方法学质量,用ADDIS和Review Manger软件分析。结果最终纳入符合标准的文献32篇,2009例患者,网状Meta分析结果显示:艾迪注射剂联合化疗治疗胃癌在提高患者治疗有效率和临床获益率、改善生活质量、降低口腔黏膜炎、肝功能异常、白细胞减少和恶心呕吐的发生率等方面的差异有统计学意义;概率排序联合不同化疗方案在有效率、生活质量改善率、恶心呕吐、白细胞减少(Ⅲ-Ⅳ)和腹泻等结局指标的疗效。结论艾迪注射剂联合化疗对于降低恶心呕吐和白细胞减少更具优势。
Objective To assess the clinical effects and safety of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy for gastric cancer(GC).Methods Randomly controlled trials(RCTs)of CHI were searched from PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,China Nationa1 Knowledge Infrastructure,China Bidogy Medicine Disc,Chinese Scientific Journals Fulltext Database,Chinese Science Citation Database and Wanfang database,and the relat-ed references and websites were also traced.The randomly controlled trials were screened according to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,with two reviewers independently screening literature,extracting data and assessing the methodological quality of the included studies.The data were analyzed by ADDIS and Review Manger softwares.Results A total of 32 randomly controlled trials involving 2009 patients were included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the efficacy and quality of life and decrease the damage to liver function and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion Aidi injection combined chemotherapy helped in decreasing nausea and vomiting and leucopenia.However,due to the limited quality of the included studies,more high quality research with a larger sample size is needed to verify the conclusion.
