Objective:To compare the effect of minimally invasive incision of tarsal sinus and L-shaped incision on the lateral side of the calcaneus in the treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture. Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,46 patients with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture were selected, they were divided into the two groups according to different surgical methods with 23 cases in each group. The group A was treated with minimally invasive plate fixation of tarsal sinus incision and plate fixation. The group B was treated with internal fixation with L-shaped incision plate on the lateral side of the calcaneus. We compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results:The preoperative waiting time, operation time, and the incidence of postoperative incision complications in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Bohler's angle,Gissane's angle and foot function(Maryland)at 12 months after the operation between the two groups at 2 d,12 months after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive incision of the tarsal sinus for the treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture has a satisfactory reduction effect, reliable fixation, few incision complications, and satisfactory postoperative functional recovery.
