摘要
目的:分析化学发光免疫分析技术在临床检验中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1-12月进行临床检验的患者78例,随机分为两组。试验组使用化学发光免疫分析技术;对照组使用放射免疫测定技术。比较两组检验准确率。结果:试验组临床检验准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床检验中应用化学发光免疫分析技术,可以有效明确患者病情,从而为临床诊治方案的制定提供依据。
Objective:To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in clinical detection.Methods:From January to December 2020,78 patients undergoing clinical detection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The experimental group used chemiluminescence immunoassay technology.The control group used radioimmunoassay technology.We compared the test accuracy of the two groups.Results:The clinical test accuracy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in clinical detection can effectively clarify the patient's condition,thereby providing a basis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.
