摘要
利用在西瓜全基因组开发的446对SSR引物,筛选出一套覆盖西瓜11条染色体,分布均匀,多态性较高的110对引物,在此基础上分析81份西瓜种质资源遗传多样性。结果表明,检测到每对引物等位基因数变化为2~8个,平均3.4个,PIC值平均为0.4。聚类分析结果表明,将供试材料分为两大类群;通过全基因组关联分析检测到与果皮厚度显著相关SSR标记2个,分别位于4、9号染色体,与中心果肉可溶性固形物含量显著相关SSR标记2个,分别位于6、11号染色体,与种子厚度显著相关SSR标记1个,位于4号染色体。
Based on 446 SSR primers developed on the whole watermelon genome,a set of 110 primers covering 11 chromosomes of watermelons with uniform distribution and high polymorphism were screened out.Based on these primers,the genetic diversities of 81 watermelon germplasm resources were analyzed.The results showed that the number of alleles per pair of primers varied from 2 to 8,with an average of 3.4,and the average PIC value was 0.4.The results of cluster analysis showed that the tested materials were divided into two groups.Detected through a genome-wide association analysis and the thickness of the skin were two significant correlation SSR markers,respectively located on chromosome 4,9 and center the fruit soluble solids content were two significant correlation SSR markers,located on chromosome 6 and 11,respectively,with one was significantly associated with the seed thickness of SSR markers,located on chromosome 4.
