摘要
人口的增加以及相关疾病发病率的上升,使国内原本负荷过重的医院承受着更大的压力,同时也增加了医院文书档案管理的难度。职能部门以及多个科室在诊疗过程中随时都在形成与使用档案,加之不同部门以及科室分布在不同的区域,医生等人员在诊疗过程中查询与调阅档案十分不便。而医院文书档案管理是保证医院各项工作正常开展的前提,若文书档案管理工作无法有效衔接,则势必会影响临床诊疗工作的正常开展。在新形势下,我们需要正视医院文书档案管理存在的问题。本文首先对医院文书档案管理存在的问题进行了分析,并针对性的提出了改进策略。
The increase in the population and the increase in the incidence of related diseases have put more pressure on the originally overburdened hospitals in the country,and it has also increased the difficulty of managing hospital documents and files.Functional departments and multiple departments are forming and using files at any time during the diagnosis and treatment process.In addition,different departments and departments are distributed in different areas.It is very inconvenient for doctors and other personnel to query and retrieve files during the diagnosis and treatment process.The management of hospital documents and archives is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal development of all hospital work.If the document archives management cannot be effectively connected,it will inevitably affect the normal development of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Under the new situation,we need to face up to the problems existing in hospital document management.This article first analyzes the problems in hospital document management,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies.
