摘要
目的探讨血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAb)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody,TRAb)检测在妊娠期甲状腺功能低下诊断中的应用。方法选取本院2019年1月—2020年5月收治的96例妊娠期甲状腺功能低下孕妇作为试验组,选取同期妊娠期甲状腺功能正常的96例孕妇作为对照组,对比两组TPOAb、TSH和TRAb水平。结果试验组血清TPOAb、TSH水平高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TRAb水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组妊娠早、中期孕妇的TSH、TRAb水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠中期孕妇的TPOAb水平高于妊娠早期孕妇,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测血清TSH、TPOAb、TRAb的水平可以评价不同孕期孕妇的甲状腺功能情况,为临床诊疗提供一定的参考。
Objective To investigate the application effect of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 96 pregnant women with normal thyroid function during pregnancy in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TPOAb,TSH and TRAb of the two groups were compared.Results The serum TPOAb and TSH levels in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TRAb level between the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group,there was no significant difference in TSH and TRAb levels between the pregnant women in the early and middle pregnancy groups(P>0.05),and the TPOAb levels in the middle of pregnancy were higher than those in the early pregnancy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During pregnancy,the detection of serum TSH,TPOAb and TRAb can distinguish the thyroid function of different pregnant women.
