摘要 为解决某推进剂产品在自动化批量生产中的质量控制问题,减少人工测量导致的检测数据偏差,提高产品检测的重复精度,提升检测效率,研制出一套针对工件进行在线检测的视觉测量设备。根据各种推进剂产品的尺寸特征,建立一套视觉测量专用数据库,配合定制研发的软件算法,对检测数据进行分析和处理。结果表明,该设备能对不合格品进行快速筛查,追溯产品问题和指导生产工艺优化分析,降低人员工作强度。 In order to solve the quality control problem of certain type propellant product in automatic batch production, reduce the detection data deviation caused by manual measurement, improve the repeatability of product detection, and improve the detection efficiency, a set of visual measurement equipment for on-line detection of work piece is developed. According to the dimension characteristics of various propellant products, a set of special database for visual measurement is established, and the test data is analyzed and processed with customized software algorithm. The results show that the equipment can quickly screen the unqualified products, trace the product problems and guide the production process optimization analysis, and reduce the personnel work intensity.
