摘要
空间飞行期间,失重是威胁航天员健康的主要因素之一。肝脏是人体的重要器官,具有物质代谢、蛋白质合成、解毒等许多重要的生理功能。失重/模拟失重可造成人体肝脏血流动力学改变、鼠肝脏形态结构异常、鼠和金鱼氧化应激损伤,抑制鼠肝细胞增殖,鼠的糖、脂肪、酶等物质代谢紊乱。失重或模拟失重对动物肝脏组织形态、细胞增殖分化、氧化应激反应、物质代谢等造成的影响,可能进一步导致动物物质代谢功能、免疫功能、蛋白质合成功能出现障碍。通过综述失重/模拟失重对肝脏影响的研究进展,以期探讨失重对肝脏影响的机理,为制定航天员健康防护措施提供基础数据。
During spaceflight,weightlessness is one of the main hazards threatening astronaut health.Weightlessness or simulated weightlessness might affect many aspects of human physiology,including cephalad movement of bodily fluids,bone loss,muscle atrophy,and immunological deficiency,etc.The liver is an important organ of the human body which has many important physiological functions,such as material metabolism,protein synthesis,detoxification and so on.Studies have found that weightlessness or simulated weightlessness caused human liver hemodynamics change,rat tissue structure abnormality,rat or goldfish oxidative stress damage.Weightlessness or simulated weightlessness inhibited hepatocytes proliferation of rats and caused the metabolic disorder of glucose,fat,enzyme and other substances in rats.The effects of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness on histomorphology,cell proliferation and differentiation and oxidative stress levels, and substance metabolism in rats or goldfish might induce disorder of animal’s material metabolism,immunity and protein synthesis function.In this paper,the literatures in the field of research about the effects of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness on liver were summarized to explore the potential mechanism of liver injury induced by weightlessness.It may provide literature support for maintaining the health of astronauts.
