二尖瓣复合体及室间隔基底段解剖结构对经皮穿刺肥厚性心肌病室间隔化学消融术效果的影响

摘要 目的:采用超声心动图(UCG)评估二尖瓣复合体及室间隔基底段解剖结构对经皮穿刺肥厚性心肌病室间隔化学消融术(PTSMA)效果的影响。方法:选取2015年1月—2020年9月在我院因肥厚梗阻性心肌病行化学消融术的24例患者,回顾分析分为效果成功组和复发组的所有患者二尖瓣复合体及室间隔基底段解剖结构的超声数据,找到引起消融失败的可能因素。结果:两组患者常规超声心动图数据对比没有统计学意义;二尖瓣复合体数据测量中二尖瓣前叶长度和AL/PL(前叶长度与后叶长度的比值)有统计学意义;室间隔基底段解剖数据室间隔厚度以及室间隔与主动脉前壁成角有统计学意义。结论:二尖瓣前叶长度、前叶长度与后叶长度的比值、室间隔厚度以及室间隔与主动脉前壁成角可能是引起化学消融失败的原因。
