摘要
以沿黄河流域9个省份为样本,综合运用Super-SBM模型、Malmquist指数、ArcGIS可视化分析、PVAR模型等方法,测评黄河流域地区科技创新效率和生态经济效率,分析其时空演变趋势,并对两者的相互作用关系进行模拟。结果表明:黄河流域科技创新效率目前处于中等效率水平,生态经济效率处于较低水平;黄河流域科技创新效率和生态经济效率表现出上升趋势,科技创新全要素生产率的提高主要依靠技术进步指数拉动,生态经济全要素生产率的提高主要依靠技术效率指数拉动;各地区科技创新效率和生态经济效率水平差距明显但呈现出缩小态势;科技创新和生态经济存在正向作用关系,生态经济对科技创新的影响大于科技创新对生态经济的影响,两者的相互影响随着时间的推移不断强化。
Taking the panel data of nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin as a sample,the paper comprehensively uses Super-SBM model,Malmquist index,ArcGIS visualization analysis,PVAR model and other methods to evaluate the efficiency of technological innovation and ecological economic efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.After that,the paper analyzes its temporal and spatial evolution trends,and simulate the interaction between technological innovation efficiency and ecological economic efficiency.The results show that:The scientific and technological innovation efficiency of the Yellow River Basin is currently at a medium efficiency level,and the ecological and economic efficiency is at a relatively low level.The efficiency of scientific and technological innovation and ecological economic efficiency in the regions of the Yellow River Basin showed an upward trend.The increase in total factor productivity of scientific and technological innovation was mainly driven by the technical progress index,and the increase in total factor productivity of the ecological economy was mainly driven by the technical efficiency index.There is a significant gap between the efficiency of technological innovation and the efficiency of ecological economy in various regions,but the differences between regions have shown a narrowing trend.The scientific and technological innovation and the ecological economy have a positive relationship.The influence of ecological economy on technological innovation is greater than the influence of technological innovation on ecological economy,and the mutual influence between the two will continue to strengthen over time.
