摘要
通过论述垃圾焚烧高氯、熔融盐等气氛对锅炉管受热面的自循环活性腐蚀机理,阐述了三种表面覆盖层技术维护技术原理及特点。从现场实施可行性及电厂经济性,综合分析了电厂锅炉管采用表面覆盖层技术维护的策略。
Based on the discussion of natural circulation activated corrosion mechanism on the boiler tube heating surface in an incineration atmosphere of high chlorine and molten salt,this paper elaborates the technical principles and characteristics of three kinds of surface coating technical maintenance.In view of the on-site implementation feasibility and economics of the power plant,it comprehensively analyzes the strategy of surface coating maintenance technology for power plant boiler tubes.
