听障大学生体育锻炼与社交焦虑的关系:心理弹性的中介作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的为了探索听障大学生体育锻炼与社交焦虑的关系,以及心理弹性的中介作用。方法采用问卷调查法,以体育活动等级量表、社交焦虑量表以及心理弹性量表为研究工具,对346名听障大学生进行测试,并对结果进行分析。结果1)听障大学生体育锻炼能显著反向预测社交焦虑;2)听障大学生体育锻炼通过心理弹性的中介作用间接影响社交焦虑,间接效应为-0.1815,p<0.001。结论听障大学生体育锻炼、心理弹性与社交焦虑构成中介模型。建议高校应注重对听障大学生的心理健康教育,营造良好体育环境,以此促进持续的体育锻炼和心理弹性的提高,从而降低社交焦虑。 Objective To explore the relationship between physical activity and social anxiety and the mediating role of psychological resilience among college students with hearing impairment.Methods A questionnaire was used to test 346 college students with hearing impairment using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,the Social Anxiety Inventory and the Psychological Resilience Inventory as instruments.Results 1)Subjects significantly and inversely predicted social anxiety.2)Subjects indirectly affected social anxiety through the mediating effect of psychological flexibility,with an indirect effect of-0.1815,p<0.001.Conclusion Physical activity,psychological resilience and social anxiety among college students with hearing impairment constitute a mediating model.It is suggested that universities should pay attention to the mental health education of college students with hearing impairment and create a good sports environment as a way to promote continuous physical exercise and psychological resilience,so as to reduce social anxiety.
