摘要
20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB是我国自行研制的高温螺栓用钢,近些年经常发生断裂,给电厂带来极大的安全风险及经济损失。研究发现,20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB普遍存在粗晶、混晶、冲击韧性严重下降的问题,造成螺栓受到冲击载荷时易在应力最大点萌发裂纹,并发生瞬时断裂。避免使用带有粗晶(或套晶)和低吸收冲击功的螺栓是防止断裂事故发生的关键。对在役螺栓和新螺栓检验与监督提出了一些新的建议和措施以供参考。
20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB,is a self-developed steel for high temperature bolts.Frequent fractures in recent years brought great safety risks and economic losses to utility power plant.20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB of the problems of coarse crys-tal,mixed crystal.and serious decrease in impact toughness.have been found by studies.When the bolt is subjected to an impact load,it is easy to initiate cracks at the point of maximum stress and instantaneous fracture.Avoiding the use of bolts with coarse crystals(or set crystals)and low impact energy absorption is the key to preventing fracture ac-cidents.In this paper,some new suggestions and measures are put forward for the inspection and supervision of in-service bolts and new bolts which provides reference to manufacturers.
