芦荟粉对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Aloe vera powder on production performance and egg quality of laying hens during late laying period

摘要 试验研究芦荟粉对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,选择720羽产蛋率和体重相近、健康状态良好的45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30羽。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%芦荟粉。预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,1.0%和2.0%芦荟粉组蛋鸡产蛋率显著升高(P<0.05),料蛋比和次品蛋率显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组蛋壳强度显著升高(P<0.05),1.0%和2.0%芦荟粉组蛋品哈夫单位显著改善(P<0.05),蛋黄中总胆固醇含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,芦荟粉能够改善蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能和产蛋品质,芦荟粉的适宜添加量为1%。 The experiment studied the effect of Aloe vera powder on production performance and egg quality of laying hens during late laying period.Based on a single factor experiment design,seven hundred and twenty 45-week~old laying hens with similar laying rate and body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 30 hens in each replicate.Laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet,and the laying hens in experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%Aloe vera powder,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 1 w,and the formal period lasted for 8 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the laying rate of 1.0%and 2.0%Aloe vera powder groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-egg ratio and unqualified egg rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the eggshell strength of experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the Haugh unit of 1.0%and 2.0%Aloe vera powder groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the yolk cholesterol content were extremely decreased(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that dietary supplemented with Aloe vera powder can increase growth performance and egg quality of laying hens during the late laying period,the optimal dose is 1%.
