摘要
为了解2个需冷量不同的蓝莓品种‘斯巴坦’‘伯克利’花芽休眠期间抗氧化酶活性、内源激素含量的变化差异,分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSA)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对花芽不同休眠期超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、茉莉酸(JA)、水杨酸(SA)含量进行测定。结果表明,与需冷量高、花芽萌发晚的‘伯克利’相比,‘斯巴坦’在整个花芽休眠期间SOD、CAT活性高,ABA含量低,IAA含量不断上升且维持在较高水平,JA含量整体呈下降趋势,SA含量二者无显著差异。进一步分析表明,‘斯巴坦’ABA/IAA、JA/IAA比值均显著低于‘伯克利’。这说明‘斯巴坦’需冷量低,花芽萌发早,部分与抗氧化酶活性高,ABA、JA含量低和IAA含量高有关。
To understand the difference in antioxidant enzyme activity and endogenous hormone content of two blueberry varieties with different cold requirements during the period of flower bud dormancy, ’Spartan’ and ’Berkeley’, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSA) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) for SOD, CAT enzyme activity and abscisic acid(ABA), auxin(IAA), jasmonic acid(JA), salicylic acid(SA) in different dormant periods of flower buds the content is determined. The results showed that compared with ’Berkeley’ which requires more cold and more flower buds to germinate, ’Spartan’ has higher SOD and CAT enzyme activities, lower ABA content and higher IAA content during the dormancy period of the flower buds. The overall level and JA content showed a downward trend, and there was no significant difference between the SA content. Further analysis showed that the ratios of ABA/IAA and JA/IAA of ’Spartan’ were significantly lower than the ’Berkeley’. These data show that ’Spartan’ requires less cold and the flower buds germinate earlier, partly related to the high antioxidant enzyme activity, low ABA and JA content and high IAA content.
