摘要
以江西省赣州市南康区种植的‘江坝柚’‘水晶柚’‘练家柚’‘沙田柚’‘龙回早熟柚’5个柚品种为试材,连续3年(2017—2019年)测定其4℃贮藏40 d、室温贮藏40 d、鲜果(对照)的果实品质指标。结果表明:5个柚品种的鲜果(对照)可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C含量均较低,但单果重较大、果皮较硬、果面光亮、果色适中,果实品质较佳;4℃贮藏40 d后,维生素C、可滴定酸含量适中,但单果重较小、可溶性固形物含量较高、果皮微软、果面光亮、果色偏黄,果实品质次之;室温贮藏40 d后,可溶性固形物、维生素C含量较高,但单果重较小、可滴定酸含量高、果皮瘪软、果面暗淡、果色偏红且出现干枯褐化,果实品质较差。LSD单因素试验统计分析和主成分分析结果表明,鲜果果品综合评价最高,4℃贮藏次之,室温贮藏最低;各处理‘龙回早熟柚’的综合得分均最高。
‘Jiangba pomelo’‘Shuijing pomelo’‘Lianjia pomelo’‘Shatian pomelo’ and ‘Longhuizao pomelo’ five pomelo varieties planted in Nankang District of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, were used as test materials. The fruit quality indexes of the five pomelo varieties, which were stored at 4 ℃ for 40 days, at room temperature for 40 days and fresh fruit(control), were determined for three consecutive years(2017—2019). The results showed that the contents of soluble solid, titratable acid and vitamin C in the fresh fruit(control) of five pomelo varieties were lower, but the single fruit weight was larger, the peel was harder, the fruit surface was bright, the fruit color was moderate, and the fruit quality was better;after 40 days of storage at 4 ℃, the contents of vitamin C and titratable acid were more suitable, but the single fruit weight was smaller, the content of soluble solid was higher, the peel was smooth, the fruit surface was bright, the fruit color was yellow, and the fruit quality was next;after 40 days storage at room temperature, the contents of soluble solids and vitamin C were higher, but the single fruit weight was smaller, the content of titratable acid was higher, the peel was shriveled and soft, the fruit surface was dim, the fruit color was reddish and appeared dry browning, and the fruit quality was poor. The results of LSD single factor test and principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive evaluation of fresh fruit was the highest, followed by 4 ℃ storage and the lowest at room temperature;the comprehensive score of ‘Longhuizao pomelo’ was the highest under all treatments.
