摘要
在现代供应链发展的新形势下,国内电网企业面对电网建设与运行对供应链管理的客观要求,积极抢抓现代供应链发展机遇,研究探索新发展理念,加快建设智慧供应链下的电网物资供应管理体系,保障电网物资精准有序供应。文章以国内某省级电网企业冬奥会配套电网物资供应管理实践为例,详细阐述该体系的实施背景、主要做法和实施成效,为电网企业推动构建融合贯通、便捷高效、全程可视、快速敏捷的供应链运营新模式提供参考借鉴。
Under the new development situation of modem supply chain,facing the objective requirements of power grid construction and operation for supply chain management,China's power grid enterprises actively seize the opportunities of modem supply chain,study and explore new development concepts,accelerate the construction of power grid material supply management system under smart supply chain,and ensure the accurate and orderly supply of power grid materials.This papertakes a case study of the material supply management action of a certain provincial power grid enterprise for Beijing Winter Olympic Games,elaborates on the implementation background,main practices and implementation results of the action,so as to provide reference for power grid enterprises to promote the construction of a new supply chain operation mode with integration,convenience,high efficiency,whole process visibility and rapid agility.
