川丹参氮、磷、钾吸收及转运规律 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探究川丹参对氮、磷、钾的吸收及转运规律,为其科学施肥提供理论基础。【方法】从2019年7月15开始至翌年2月15日,每月采集并测定川丹参不同部位的干物质重量和氮、磷、钾含量,分析川丹参干物质积累规律及其对氮、磷、钾的累积量和累积速率。【结果】7月中旬至9月中旬,植株对氮、磷、钾的吸收逐渐增加,并主要存储在地上部分;9月中旬之后,植株对氮、磷、钾的吸收量逐渐减少,地上部分的氮、磷、钾元素大量向根部转运,促进根部迅速膨大。【结论】7月中旬至9月中旬为川丹参最佳施肥阶段,此时施肥有助于后期川丹参根部生长发育。 【Objective】The absorption and transportation rules of Salvia miltiorrhiza to N,P and K are explored to provide the theoretical basis for its scientific fertilization.【Method】The dry matter weight,N,P and K content in different parts of S.miltiorrhiza collected monthly are determined from July 15,2019 to February 15 of next year.With determination,the accumulation rule of dry matter weight,the accumulation amounts and rate of N,P,K in S.miltiorrhiza are analyzed.【Result】The absorption of plant to N,P and K increases gradually from mid-July to mid-September,mainly storing in the aboveground part.The absorption of plant to N,P and K decreases gradually since mid-September.In addition,N,P and K in aboveground part transfer to the root after mid-September,thereby promoting the rapid expansion of root.【Conclusion】The optimum fertilization stage for S.miltiorrhiza is from mid-July to mid-September.Fertilization at this time is helpful to the growth and development of S.miltiorrhiza root.
