摘要
目的:探讨在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中使用丹蒌片联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗对心绞痛发作情况及血流动力学指标的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月在我院接受治疗的86例老年冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组使用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹蒌片治疗,比较两组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及血流动力学指标。结果:两组治疗后心绞痛发作次数较治疗前减少,持续时间较治疗前明显缩短,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹蒌片联合单硝酸异山梨酯应用于老年冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中可减少心绞痛发作次数,有效改善血流动力学指标。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Dantrou Tablet combined with isosorbide mononitrate on the frequency of angina pectoris and hemodynamic indexes in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: A total of 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object, according to random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate, and the observation group was treated with Dantrou tablet on the basis of the control group, the frequency, duration and hemodynamic indexes of angina pectoris attacks were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the number of angina attacks in two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment, the duration of angina attacks were significantly shortened than before treatment, and the observation group were better than the control group with significant difference(P<0. 05);the whole blood high-cut viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity and plasma viscosity in both groups were significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0. 05), and the observation group were lower than the control group with significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Dantrou tablet combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks and effectively improve hemodynamic indicators.
