摘要
脓毒症是重症医学领域的常见病、多发病。近年来的研究表明,艾司洛尔在脓毒症中发挥良好的作用,为脓毒症潜在的治疗药物。本文就艾司洛尔在心肌保护、抗炎、改善微循环、改善预后等方面的作用进行综述,阐述艾司洛尔在脓毒症中的作用。
Sepsis is a common and frequently occurring disease in the field of critical care medicine.Recent studies have shown that esmolol plays a good role in sepsis and is a potential treatment method for sepsis.This article reviews the role of esmolol in myocardial protection,anti-inflammation,and improvement of microcirculation and prognosis and elaborates on the role of esmolol in sepsis.
