摘要
目的分析铜陵市心脑血管疾病死亡及潜在减寿情况,为心脑血管疾病防治提供科学依据。方法根据2016—2018年因心脑血管疾病死亡的市辖区户籍居民信息计算心脑血管疾病死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(Potential Years of Life Loss,PYLL)、潜在减寿率(Potential Years of Life Lost Rate,PYLLR)、平均减寿年数(Average Years of Life Lost,AYLL)等,采用χ^(2)检验进行统计分析。结果 2016—2018年心脑血管疾病粗死亡率为213.70/10万,标化死亡率为242.32/10万。心脑血管疾病的死亡率随年龄的增加呈上升趋势,死亡高峰在65岁以上年龄组。心脑血管疾病的AYLL为13.46年,PYLLR为9.47‰。结论铜陵市心脑血管疾病死亡率居铜陵市死因之首,应作为铜陵市后期慢性病防治的重中之重。
Objective In order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardio-cerebral diseases in the local area,the paper analyzes the mortality and potential life reduction of cardio-cerebral diseases in Tongling City.Methods Cardiovascular disease mortality rate,standardized mortality potential years,Potential Years of Life Loss(PYLL),Potential Years of Life Lost Rate(PYLLR)and Average Years of Life Lost(AYLL)of municipal district residents dead from cardio vascular disease from 2016 to 2018 were calculated,and Chi-square test was used to do statistical analysis.Results The crude death rate of cardio-cerebral diseases was 213.70 per 100000,and the standardized death rate was 242.32 per 100000 from 2016 to 2018.The mortality of cardio-cerebral diseases showed an increasing trend with the increase of age,and the peak of death was in the age group over 65 years old.The AYLL and PYLLR of cardio-cerebral diseases were 13.46 years and 9.47‰.Conclusion Although the mortality rate of Cardio-cerebral diseases City is still the top cause of death in Tongling City.It is suggested to take it to be the top priority in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the later period of Tongling City.
