摘要
目的分析2016—2020年光山县流行性腮腺炎发病趋势和流行病学特征,评价"十三五"期间光山县流行性腮腺炎控制效果,为"十四五"期间制定流行性腮腺炎防控计划提供依据。方法数据来源于"全民健康保障信息化工程传染病监测系统",采用描述性流行病学方法对2016—2020年光山县流行性腮腺炎相关流行病学资料进行分析。结果2016—2020年光山县共报告流行性腮腺炎确诊病例682例,年均报告发病率为22.40/10万,其中男447例,女235例,男女比例为1.9∶1,发病率呈逐年下降趋势。发病年龄集中在5~10岁年龄段,以学生为主(57.62%),其次为托幼儿童(21.41%)。结论2016—2020年光山县流行性腮腺炎发病率呈下降趋势,为进一步降低腮腺炎发病率,应继续提高2剂次含腮腺炎成分疫苗接种率。
Objective To analyzes the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Guangshan County from 2016 to 2020,evaluate the control effect of mumps in Guangshan County during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,and provides the basis for formulating the prevention and control plan of mumps during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Methods The data were derived from the"National Health Security Information Engineering Infectious Disease Surveillance system".Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological data of mumps in Guangshan County from 2016 to 2020.Results A total of 682 confirmed cases of mumps were reported in Guangshan County from 2016 to 2020,with an average annual incidence rate of 22.40/100000.There were 447 males and 235 females,with a male-female ratio of 1.9∶1.The incidence rate was declining year by year.The age of onset was concentrated in 5 to 10 years old,mainly students(57.62%),followed by kindergarten children(21.41%).Conclusions From 2016 to 2020,the incidence of mumps in Guangshan County shows a downward trend.In order to further reduce the incidence of mumps,it is necessary to continue to increase the vaccination rate of 2 doses of vaccine containing mumps.
