摘要
当前我国专业运动员因私自对其无形资产开发的事件屡见不鲜,针对这一问题,研究打破单纯从产权归属的角度出发,运用结构化理论相关概念对我国专业运动员人力资本交易问题进行探讨分析。研究认为:随着竞技体育市场化的发展,政府长期主导下的宰制力、运动员利益驱动下的牵制力、多元投资主体的吸引力等是运动员人力资本交易矛盾发生的根源。研究提出:形成“放、管”结合的管理模式;加强运动员人力资本交易的法律保障;借鉴西方国家先进管理体系等,以期为完善我国运动员人力资本交易市场提供理论参考。
At present,it is not uncommon for domestic professional athletes to develop their intangible assets privately.For this problem,the research breaks the single perspective of ownership of property rights,and uses related concepts of structured theory to discuss and analyze the human capital transactions of professional athletes in China.The study believes that with the development of the marketization of competitive sports,the root causes of athletes’human capital transaction contradictions include government’s long-term dominance,the driving force driven by athletes’interest,and the attractiveness of diversified investment entities.The study proposes:to form a management model that combines“decentralization and management”;to strengthen the legal protection of athletes’human capital transactions;to learn from the advanced management systems of western countries,etc.,with a view to providing a theoretical reference for improving our country’s athletes’human capital transaction market.
