摘要
针对目前复合材料缠绕成型工艺参数的控制,多使用独立控制单元,相互之间缺少关联,难以进行统一的控制与管理.结合实际工程,设计一款基于可编程控制器(PLC)的分布式网络控制系统,通过分析工艺参数的特点与实际需求,将PID控制理论应用到工艺参数的闭环控制中.使用HMI作为上位机,进行统一的控制与管理,使众多独立的控制任务构成一个整体控制工程.实验结果表明,该控制系统使缠绕设备自动化程度进一步提高,具有使用维护方便,运行稳定可靠等优点,具有一定的工程应用价值.
The control of the parameters of composite material winding process are currently done mostly by independent control units,the lack of correlation between which makes it difficult to carry out unified control and management.Based on actual engineering practices,a control system based on logic devices(PLC)is designed for the distributed network.The PID control theory is applied to the close-loop control of process parameters through analysis of the characteristics and actual requirements of process parameters.Using an HMI as the host computer to perform unified control and management,numerous independent control tasks are subordinated under one unified control system.The experimental results show that the control system further improves the degree of automation of the winding equipment.As it has such advantages as convenient use,easy maintenance,and reliable operation,the distributed control system is of certain application value in engineering.
