混合学习模式在高职护理专业教学中的应用

摘要 以高职护理专业教学为抓手,在学情调研的基础上,通过对学习意愿、移动学习状况及需求等方面进行分析,开展数字化教学资源库的建设,构建以传统学习为主、移动学习为辅的混合学习方案,并应用实施。通过对学习行为分析、知识能力测评、学情调研等的研究过程、实施效果进行了客观分析和经验总结,结合混合学习模式的特点,对存在的困难和问题展开讨论和反思,以期为改进混合学习模式的应用效果、促进教育信息化建设提供实践经验。 Taking the teaching of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,based on the investigation of learning situation,through the analysis of learning willingness,mobile learning status and demand,the construction of digital teaching resource database is carried out,a blended learning scheme dominated by traditional learning and supplemented by mobile learning is developed and applied.Through the objective analysis and experience summary of the research process and implementation effect of learning behavior analysis,knowledge and ability evaluation and learning situation investigation,combined with the characteristics of blended learning mode,this paper discusses and reflects on the existing difficulties and problems,so as to provide practical experience for improving the application effect of blended learning mode and promoting the construction of educational informatization.
