电生理监测下显微微创技术联合早期康复训练治疗椎管内肿瘤

Treatment of intraspinal tumors by micro-invasive technique combined with early rehabilitation training under electrophysiological monitoring

摘要 目的:分析电生理监测下显微微创技术联合早期康复训练治疗椎管内肿瘤的效果。方法:选择2017年1月—2019年6月接受治疗的椎管内肿瘤患者40例,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组在电生理监测下行显微微创手术治疗,术后给予常规治疗;观察组则在对照组的基础上联合早期康复治疗。比较两组术后并发症发生率,并采用McCormick脊髓功能分级评价患者治疗后6个月的神经功能改善情况。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,神经功能改善率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎管内肿瘤患者采用电生理监测下显微微创技术联合早期康复训练治疗可取得良好的临床效果,有利于改善患者的神经功能,减少术后并发症发生。 Objective:To analyze the effect of micro-invasive technique combined with early rehabilitation training in the treatment of spinal canal tumors under electrophysiological monitoring.Methods:All 40 patients with intraspinal tumors who were treated in hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The control group received microinvasive surgical treatment under electrophysiological monitoring and received routine postoperative treatment.The observation group received combined early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups,and the improvement of neurological function at 6 months after treatment was evaluated using McCormick’s spinal cord function grading.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the improvement rate of neurological function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microinvasive technique combined with early rehabilitation training under electrophysiological monitoring can achieve good clinical results in patients with intraspinal tumor,which is conducive to improving the neurological function of patients and reducing postoperative complications.
