摘要
现阶段,养老似乎成为人人都会谈论的问题,其主要原因是日益增长的老年人口和各种养老机构发展不足的矛盾问题决定的。预计2020年底,我国60岁及以上老年人口数量将达到2.43亿,而就目前的养老机构在质和量上远远达不到社会需求。本文以梁山县人民医院为例,阐述以医院为主体的“医养结合”的养老模式的设计内容及特点。探讨在有限的医疗资源条件下,如何让康养提升医疗资源的利用率。最后就“医养结合”模式优势及发展方向提出见解。
At present, elderly care seems to be a problem that everyone talks about, which is mainly due to the contradiction between the growing elderly population and the underdevelopment of various elderly care institutions. It is estimated that by the end of 2020, the number of people aged 60 and above in our country will reach 243 million. However, the current pension institutions are far from meeting the social needs in terms of quality and quantity. Taking the Peoples’ Hospital in Liangshan County as an example, this paper expounds the design content and characteristics of the pension mode of “combining medical care and nursing care” with the hospital as the main body. Then it explores how to improve the utilization rate of medical resources with limited medical resources. Finally, this paper puts forward some opinions on the advantages and development direction of the mode of “combining medical care and nursing care”.
